We have partnered with Jzilla Track Days\, to bring you an exciting day at Atlanta Motorsports Park. There will be ride alongs\, plenty of track time\, and most importantly\, EXOCETS! Park entry is free to spectators\, and we have secured a low price for Exocet owners who plan to track their builds. \n \nFor those of you joining the track day fun\, you’ll need to have an SA2005 or newer helmet with a 2017 AMP tech sticker (if you do not have the tech sticker\, Discovery Parts will be supplying them on site the morning of)\, car numbers\, your tech inspection form (found here)\, and closed toes shoes and pants.  \nThere are sound restrictions on track\, so make sure you are within the limits required ahead of time. “Atlanta Motorsports Park requires all vehicles’ exhaust at or under 98dB A-weighted measured 50 feet from the track edge at full throttle at the top of the RPM range. Exhaust turn downs or turn aways are not permitted. This is due to zoning regulations from the county. If you exceed this limit\, you will be required to correct it before going back out. Most street cars and race cars with mufflers should have no problem. If you are unsure\, use a meter or app on a smartphone to check your car out before hand. DESCRIPTION:Join Exomotive and Choate Construction for their annual Cars and Q for the Cause event! Proceeds from the event go directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Fund\, which helps advance medical studies that will one day find a cure for this disease. Come join us for this fantastic event\, and play a positive role in the search for the cure along the way!  \n“Cars & ‘Q for the Cause began in 2009 as a small get-together of Choate Construction employees who loved cars.  Over time\, the show grew into what it’s become today – an incredible event with over 700 patrons\, live music\, bbq\, continuous pours of your favorite brews\, and 100+ classic\, muscle\, and exotic cars.  All to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation!  Last year\, Cars & ‘Q proudly donated $255\,005 to the CF Foundation. \nThe show is born out of a love of cars and an intense desire to cure Cystic Fibrosis. Choate’s history with Cystic Fibrosis and the CF Foundation began in 1989 at the inception of the company.  Shortly before founding the company\, Millard Choate’s daughter met her best friend Leann at the age of two.  A year later\, Millard was working away in Choate’s first office (his home’s basement) and received a call he would never forget.  Leann was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.  There was no cure. And the life expectancy was in the teens. \nFrom that day forward\, supporting the CF Foundation has been an inherent part of Choate’s culture and Cars & ‘Q is the main fundraising initiative. Choate thought\, “What better way to raise money than with stellar cars\, super BBQ\, and sweet music?!”  And thus the show became what it is today. \nLeann is 31 years old now.  Advances in research and therapy are truly impacting her life\, all funded by the CF Foundation and in turn\, Cars & ‘Q.”

SUMMARY:2018 Tire Rack SCCA Solo Nationals
DESCRIPTION:Join Exomotive at SCCA Nationals and watch Lexxie compete with an Exocet Sport in the EML class. Follow along as Lexxie drives from Exomotive HQ in the Exocet Sport over one thousand miles to Lincoln Nebraska for a full week of competition against the best autocross drivers in the country. This year’s theme\, Game of Cones: Champions are Coming\, borrows from the very popular HBO program and will likely result in several interesting interpretations on the premise. Last year\, Solo Nationals set an attendance record with 1\,317 entries. The entry cap for the 2018 event is set at 1\,350 entrants\, including those participating in the Junior Kart classes.  The event will likely be a sell out this year and we look forward to competing!

We’ve partnered with Jzilla Track Days to bring you an exciting track day experience at Atlanta Motorsports Park that will be one to remember. There will be ride alongs\, plenty of track time\, and most importantly\, plenty of Exocets! Entry is free to spectators and drivers can join the fun for the low price of $250. Bring your family and friends to this one of a kind event – we hope to see you there!  \n \nFor those of you joining the track day fun\, you’ll need to have an SA2005 or newer helmet with a 2018 AMP tech sticker (if you do not have the tech sticker\, Discovery Parts will be supplying them on site the morning of)\, car numbers\, your tech inspection form\, closed toes shoes\, and pants.  \nThere are sound restrictions on track\, so make sure you are within the limits required ahead of time. “Atlanta Motorsports Park requires all vehicles’ exhaust at or under 98dB A-weighted measured 50 feet from the track edge at full throttle at the top of the RPM range. Exhaust turn downs or turn aways are not permitted. This is due to zoning regulations from the county. If you exceed this limit\, you will be required to correct it before going back out. Most street cars and race cars with mufflers should have no problem. If you are unsure\, use a meter or app on a smartphone to check your car out before hand.
